Experienced business development leader with a focus on customer experience, relationship building, and innovative business expansion. More than 15 years in the healthcare industry with a proven network of strategic relationships across Delaware. She has developed and facilitated support groups for TBI, Parkinson’s and Veterans while serving on Board appointments with the Executive Leadership Board of the American Heart Association Delaware, Beebe Health Delaware Stroke Summit Executive Planning Board Member, Delaware State Council for Persons with Disabilities with Brain Injury, Alzheimer’s Association and Arthritis Association Committee.

Tiffani lives in Hartly, DE with her husband Joe, daughter June, and 4 dogs Cletus, Vinnie, Hamilton and Molly. She spends her free time exploring small businesses, local music, and enjoys finding new restaurants to experience.
